In this video I demonstrate a very simple and easy to do modification to protect the internal microphones on your Osmo Pocket from wind distortion.
This modification simply requires a foam filter and a pair of scissors.
As you can hear in the examples, this foam wind filter is very effective at cutting down the wind distortion on the Osmo Pocket’s internal mics.
Call back soon as I will be showing how to make a different wind filter system for the Osmo Pocket which uses a rubber silicone case sleeve and a couple of deadcat wind filters by Rycote, the Micro WindJammers.
